A Friday afternoon group of people who love creating beautiful craft items, helping each other with ideas and materials, over a cuppa and a good laugh! Bring any piece of craft that you may be working, or start a new project.

Beginners to advanced. Create your own quilts, tote bags and cushions when you come along and join in our friendly classes, using either hand or machine quilting techniques.

Enjoy discovering your creativity through an interesting medium of art, in a friendly, supportive atmosphere for beginners and people with experience, using pastels or oils. Materials list is available from our office.

Have you always had a secret desire to be able to paint but do not know which end of a brush is up? Would you like to try and learn but feel too intimidated in case everyone else in the class is brilliant? Then this is the class for you! Absolutely no prior knowledge is required. And yet by the end of the six weeks you will have completed six different paintings in acrylics. Yes you will!
Come to this intensive 6 week drawing course and get your feet on the path to being artistic. We cover still life, landscape, flowers, buildings and figures by using charcoal, pastels, pencils and more. This course assumes no previous experience and teaches the observational skills and techniques to draw anything.

Students will have fun learning about observation of nature and application of water and paint to create exciting, vibrant pictures. Each student will complete their own painting to take home at the end of each session. Different subjects will be taught each lesson, eg:- figures, seascapes, landscapes, and flowers.

Introduction to Aromatherapy delivers basic knowledge for home use of an extensive list of essential oils. The course outlines the various uses such as oils for burners, minor health ailments, remedies, skin care and massage. The content covers the history of essential oil use, applications, contraindications, safe practices, storage, extraction, sourcing and buying your own essential oils, and professional use in the health industry today.
