Should you wish to enrol your child/children into the vacation care program the procedure is as follows:

Bring with you your CCB (childcare benefit) statement, Enrolment form and Consent form (one per child).

Payment is required upon booking.
Cash, Cheque and EFTPOS facilities available.
Daily fee is $45.00 inclusive of all costs before CCB deductions.
Fill in Photo Permission form.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no Booking Day; book as soon as you know what you want.

If you are unable to attend you may alternatively enrol over the phone 5974 2092 or by fax 5974 4513 with credit card details.
