CPR UPDATE AND/OR REACCREDITATION
This course details the skills and knowledge required to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) using the DRABCD Approach in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines. First Aid Certificate is required to be current to enable update. Otherwise a certificate of attainment will be issued. Note this class is 4 hours only. Students will be updated with CPR and updated to the present First Aid.

FIRST AID LEVEL II - APPLY BASIC FIRST AID (HLTFA301B)
This course will enable you to achieve a First Aid Level 2 Certificate for work or to ensure that you know how to handle any unforeseen accident. Work at home required. No previous experience necessary. This course has been updated! Please bring pen and paper.

WALK & TALK PROGRAM
Come along and walk to get fit, enjoy friendly company, stimulating conversation and perhaps a cup of coffee afterwards. The Walking Group meets in the foyer at Mount Martha House. Everyone welcome - pets as well. Parking is available at the REAR of Mt. Martha House, for your convenience. No cost!
