Under State Government Regulations, all food businesses must be registered with the local council and submit a Food Safety Plan. All operators are required to be Food Safety Supervisors. This course includes Food Handlers Certificate (2 Certificates in one). Please bring your Food Safety Template manual, pen and paper.
