THHGHS01B FOLLOW WORKPLACE HYGIENE PROCEDURES
  Under State Government Regulations, all food businesses must be registered with the local council and submit a Food Safety Plan. Under the guidelines all operators are required to be Food Safety Supervisors. If this is the case for you, then this course is for you. Please bring your Food Safety Template manual with you. Assessment tasks are a requirement for each course. Your facilitator will discuss this with you.

  This course is for people who require a Food Hygiene certificate to work in the hospitality industry. Assessment tasks are a requirement for each course. Your facilitator will discuss this with you.

  For people working in hotels, motels, licensed liquor stores and/or managing, or in control of a packaged liquor outlet, who now must complete an RSA course. This course includes information relevant to the sale of packaged liquor. Includes Liquor Control Commission Workbook and Certificate.
