Under State Government Regulations, all food businesses must be registered
with the local council and submit a Food Safety Plan. Under the guidelines
all operators are required to be Food Safety Supervisors. If this is the
case for you, then this course is for you. Please bring your Food Safety
Template manual with you. Assessment tasks are a requirement for each
course. Your facilitator will discuss this with you. |
